All elements of the Site (structure, texts, interfaces, design system, logos, the "Metallium" / "Metallium Studio" brand, illustrations, source code, databases) are the exclusive property of Metallium L.L.C. or are used under authorisation, and are protected by intellectual property law.

Brand: the name "Metallium" is used commercially by Metallium L.L.C. As of the date of publication of this notice, it has not yet been registered as a trademark.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Site's elements, by any means, without the prior written authorisation of Metallium L.L.C., is prohibited and constitutes infringement.

Content published by users (profiles, links, videos, configurations) remains the property of their respective authors, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service.

The trademarks, logos and names of third-party platforms mentioned (TikTok, Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, Google, etc.) belong to their respective owners. Metallium L.L.C. is not affiliated with any of these platforms.
